Reading has a remarkable power: it expands our worlds; it gives us new ways of expressing feeling and new ways of understanding. The Reader Organisation’s nationally recognised Get Into Reading project runs more than 200 weekly read-aloud groups across the UK in libraries, schools, GP surgeries, hospitals, care homes and workplaces. Get Into Reading aims to improve wellbeing, build community and extend reading pleasure.
