| Age Concern Lancashire is a countywide charity working with and for older people. We believe that later life should be valued and fulfilling. Our staff and volunteers provide a wide range of services and support for older people which include hospital discharge, social, leisure and educational activities, information, visiting and befriending, day care, ageing well, housing support as well as campaigning on behalf of older people about national and local issues which matter. Our funding comes from a number of sources - grants from local authorities, donations, legacies, our charity shops and sales of our insurance services and other products such as gas and electricity for anyone over the age of 50. |
